Our mission at content pass is to build the technology foundation that will revolutionize the way publishers and content creators monetize their digital content. To make this happen we are looking for the following positions for our remotely working technology and product team.

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER (M/W/D)

contentpass offers cross-publisher subscriptions for an ad- and tracking-free reading experience. Readers get the choice to compensate publishers either with their data & attention or pay for access. Our solution enables publishers to comply with GDPR and monetize their full reach at the same time. We have established a network of hundreds of publishers in Germany including Axel Springer, Pro7, Funke and t-online and expand now into other countries.

Your task
  • You are the go-to person for our publishing partners. You ensure the highest customer satisfaction, from initial onboarding to building a long-term customer relationship
  • You support our customers in the technical integration of our web-based software
  • Ideally, you can also provide our customers with tips on how to utilise their Consent Management Platform effectively
  • You keep the big picture in focus and actively improve onboarding by optimising processes and new technical features
  • You identify individual wishes and goals of our customers and derive improvement potentials for our product from them
Your profile
  • You are an analytical and communicative person, able to work independently and are goal-oriented
  • You write mails just as routinely as frontend code
  • You are familiar with basic JS and know your way around browser developer tools
  • You have a natural talent for writing friendly and informative emails
  • You are also interested in gaining experience with Google Cloud, Node.js or PostgreSQL
  • You ideally have experience with the integration and configuration of consent management platforms such as Usercentrics, Sourcepoint, Liveramp, Quantcast, Onetrust or Didomi
  • You like to work at the interface between sales, operations and product team and thus have an insight & influence on the overall development of our product and processes
  • You have first-hand professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or a comparable role involving close contact with customers
  • You are a hands-on person with great organisational skills and able to offer personal assistance to publishers
  • You speak and write fluent Spanish and English
